Our DBT Skills Group focuses on teaching practical tools to help you manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices, making it particularly effective for those struggling with emotional regulation, self-destructive behaviors, or difficulties in relationships.

In this group, you’ll learn skills in four key areas:

  1. Mindfulness: Learn to stay present and grounded in the moment.

  2. Distress Tolerance: Develop strategies to cope with and tolerate distressing emotions without resorting to harmful behaviors.

  3. Emotional Regulation: Gain tools to manage and reduce intense emotional reactions.

  4. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Build healthy communication and relationship skills.

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to practice these skills in a supportive environment, allowing you to apply them in real-life situations with confidence.

Dates: Dates will vary based on availability and demand. Please sign up below to get notified  about the next group session and reserve your spot.

Cost: $ 400 for an 8 week session

Please note, intake is required for participation. We do accept insurance.
