Payment Options
Insurance
Aetna, Cigna , Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Virginia, Oscar Health, United Health Care, Oxford, Care First BlueCross Blue Shield are accepted insurance. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
We will provide a super bill for any services received to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement. Please note reimbursement is determined by your insurance rate. To better understand your rate, contact your insurance provider for mental health services.
Private Payments
60 Minuet Psychological Assessment: $150
A psychological assessment is completed for all new clients. This allows the therapist to better understand challenges, strengths, and mental health status. The assessment will act as a guide to develop an effective treatment plan to ensure personalized care.
53-60 Minute Individual Therapy Session: $140
Our standard therapy sessions provide you with dedicated time to work with our experienced therapists. These sessions are designed to support your progress and help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
Group Therapy Sessions:
Check back on our website for group start dates. Some therapy groups may require payment for all sessions prior to the start date.

Payments are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and scheduling conflicts may arise. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $45 late cancellation fee and a full fee for no-shows.
This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and ensures that our therapists can allocate their time effectively to serve all our clients.
